For the Citrus Syrup: Place every items inside a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. After that, take off the stove and leave to cool entirely. Pour into a sterilised bottle, seal keeping it chilled, it will last for around one month.

Preparing the Premix: Pour all the spirits and syrup into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for one hour, then pass it through preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's completely strained.

To serve: Pour 85ml of the premix into a mixing glass packed with ice, gently stirring gently for a minute to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries and finish with a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
